AP and Honors earn +1 for an A or B (two courses max). Regular counts normally. Inapplicable is excluded entirely — athletics and PE. Anything not listed here is treated as Regular and flagged for review.

One course per line as Course Name, Category. Existing courses are updated.

Applicants must submit the report card from the semester that just ended. A card from any other term is flagged for review, not rejected, so you can email the applicant and ask for the right one. Its grades are shown but don't count.

One per line. Matching ignores case, punctuation and spacing, and a card matches if its heading contains any of these names. A card from a school not listed here is flagged for review — it may be a transfer, a concurrent enrollment, or a heading that didn't read cleanly.

10 points qualifies. A = 3, B = 1, C = 0, and a D or F disqualifies. At most 5 courses count, plus +1 for an A or B in an AP or Honors course, for up to 2 courses.

Off by default: athletics courses don't count toward the total, so they don't count against it either. Turn this on if your chapter treats any D or F as disqualifying.

Report cards are streamed through this server and read in your browser. Nothing is stored: no PDFs are cached, and no applicant data is written to the database — only the course rules persist. Exports are saved to your own computer.
